The JYT Jump Start Program
The JYT Jump Start Program is a 4 week program designed to help get your fitness journey on and running by giving you structure, progression, and physical confidence to go from the couch to feeling accomplished and proud of yourself!
You will receive 3 different workouts each week, focusing on different body parts and movements. Each exercise will have a video link so you know what and how to perform them.
All you will need is basic gym equipment but no barbells will be needed for this program. Most home gym equipment will be sufficient for these 4 weeks.
After completed this 4 week Jump Start Program, you will feel better moving on a daily basis, have more daily energy, and feel a lot more confidence in moving into a positive direction in your fitness journey!
