What is the Sports Performance Academy?
The Sports Performance Academy is a 12 week intensive training program for Junior High & High School Athletes. This is a top priority commitment for athletes in these 12 weeks. A 90% or higher attendance rate is expected. All other voluntary team workouts, come second to the JYT Sports Performance Academy workouts. At JYT, 100% of the workouts will be safer, more instructional, and more transferable to own their own high school weight room and athletic field performance.
It is a private group where athletes can come to train during their off-season or pre-season to physical prepare and continue to develop for their sport(s). The academy is aim at developing stronger, faster, safer, and more athletic athletes. When athletes train at JYT, parents and their coaches see the difference on the field/court.

Joel has worked with hundreds of athletes over the past decade. Many of his athletes have gone on to become top performers of their team. JYT Athletes have competed in NFL Combine Prep, State Events, became All-State Athletes, Team MVP, and have earned Athletic Collegiate Scholarships in various sports! Joel's training ideology starts with proper training and safety for your athlete. Before they will ever see improvements in the sport, they will be educated on proper form, execution, and safety. |
