What We Believe About Racing Performance

We believe racing performance is the byproduct of complete preparation. You can’t separate strength from skill, or conditioning from mindset. You can’t talk about “speed” without addressing recovery, focus, and execution under pressure.

A lot of racers train hard. Few train right.

Our approach is built around precision, developing the human being behind the bike and aligning every piece of their preparation toward one goal: race-day performance.


We don’t chase trends or random programs. Everything we do is built with purpose, backed by principles, and refined through experience.

The Moto Performance System

At the core of our philosophy is a complete framework; four interconnected pillars that drive long-term development and race-winning performance.

1. Physical Preparation
Strength. Conditioning. Movement. Recovery.
We develop physical systems that translate directly to the demands of motocross. Every progression, every session, every detail is built to enhance control, endurance, and resilience on the bike.

2. Mental Performance
Led by Kelly Younkins, a clinical therapist and mental performance coach with nearly 20 years of experience, we build the inner game that separates good racers from great ones. Focus, composure, confidence, and emotional control; the skills that keep you locked in and laser focused.

3. Training That Transfers
We bridge the gap between gym and track. Our system connects physical development with riding performance through movement analysis, feedback, and real-world application. We don’t train in isolation, we train to transfer.

4. Culture & Leadership

Performance is not just what you do, it’s how you carry yourself. We hold a standard that breeds professionalism, discipline, and consistency. Our racers learn to lead themselves, respect the process, and represent the sport with pride.

How We Coach Racers
