Your mission is the most important principle you can obtain. As you can see, the other surrounding principles feed into your mission. Every person should have some sort of purpose in life that they are always striving for. This is somebody's gift that they must share with the world. When this idea is discovered, your vision should be the driving force to fulfill your mission in life!
Your faith should always keep you grounded and focused on believing in your mission. Whatever your faith may be, you must trust in the process that your talents that you've been given are meant to be used to the fullest.
Physiology always comes first before anything happens. Your fitness is one of the most important variables to self development as it's used to help strengthen yourself both physically and mentally as either a direct or indirect effect towards your mission.
You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with. Each relationship that you have should be supportive of your mission in life.
Lastly, with the skills that you have by working towards your mission, your focus should be sharing value with the world. The more genuine value you give, the more you will receive back from it.

The main objective of JYT as a business is to over deliver to the clients. Not just in physical results, but the overall experience one will receive. Success doesn't happen over night, but instead we focus on always succeeding everyday. Therefore by practicing this state of being, success becomes our default setting!
At JYT, there is never a time to except anything less than awesome. Whatever goals you think you can or would to achieve, you will be expected to go further and better than you imagine possible. This is not a facility where an average-mediocre mindset is acceptable.
JYT is a facility of action takers. Nothing happens until something happens. We get the ball rolling in a direction for all of our clients to succeed. Not only progressing week to week, but we help prepare them for long term physical success and a lifestyle mindset they could never imagine before!
