I have designed a 12 Week Moto Specific Training Program for you as a competitive racer, that I will email to you every Sunday! These programs are 3 days a week, and you can perform them at any location that you prefer. Whether it's at your own home gym or your local gym. You just need basic gym equipment and a winning attitude to make this work for you!
These workouts WILL WORK for Dirt Bike, ATV, & even Trials Competitors! Racers from all disciplines will true value if this style of training...Keep in mind, it works for those who put in the work! |
What You Will gain from this
Each 3 months of training, you will progress from different training objectives that will inject the physical tools that you will need to charge while your competition begins to fade!
