Joel Younkins is a High Performance Coach with 15 plus years of experience helping racers, athletes, and high achievers reach their peak potential. A former All-State football player at Hubbard High School and college football starter for Youngstown State University, Joel earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science while serving as a Student Strength & Conditioning Coach for YSU’s Olympic sports programs.
From his early days training athletes out of his parents’ basement in 2010 to running a full-time private training facility since 2013, Joel has coached amateur and pro motocross racers, team sport athletes, powerlifters, and high-achieving adults helping each one move from good to great.
