Wellness takes on many forms and areas of your life. Here at JYT, we focus on four distinct areas of your wellness. Your Mental Health, your Physical Health, your Sleep Routine, and your Nutrition! This is a service that will focus on your accountability and practices to improve these 4 areas of your wellness.

This is a remote coaching service. You will be working directly with one of our team coaches directly with your phone. You will be given daily practices so that you can stay on track and dedicated to improving your wellness. The coaching isn't just for sending you plans, it's also for support that you will need along the way!
Who is this service for exactly? Well it can certainly be for any adult looking to improve their well-being, but this service is intented for individuals who are looking to improve their overall well being to prepare themselves to join a gym/training facility/fitness class/recreational sport in the near future. Or this can be for an individual who is already committed to their physical health, but they want to improve their Mental, Sleep, and Nutritional Health as well to truly optimize their performance!
Whether you go hard in the gym or not, if your life is not in alignment with your focus and goals, you will struggle to get to where you are headed!
