The JYT Youth Moto Workout
The JYT Youth Moto Workout is a daily workout plan designed for young racers (8-12 years old) to engage in a physical training program. It is one, full body workout that your racer can perform 3 times a week or more and it is designed to take no more than 30 minutes a day. It is all body weight, so they can perform this in their bedroom with zero equipment needed!
Your racer will receive a Dynamic Warm Up, Strength Circuits, Abdominal Circuit, and a Post Workout Stretch Circuit. You will also gain access to video demonstrations of each exercise!
